Who this is for
Distribution companies, manufacturers with regional warehouses, and retail chains managing stock across stores and central depots. Typical clients have between 3 and 40 stocking locations and rely on a mix of ERP exports, WMS feeds, and manual spreadsheets for weekly inventory reviews.

Process and timeline
- Discovery (Week 1–2): We review your data sources, location hierarchy, and the decisions your team makes from current stock reports.
- Mapping (Week 2–3): SKU and location structure documented; replenishment rules and safety-stock formulas confirmed in writing.
- Build (Week 4–7): Dashboard panels developed and tested against sample data extracts from each source system.
- Validation (Week 8–9): Your planning team reviews live data; discrepancies traced and resolved.
- Handover (Week 10): Final delivery, documentation, and training session at your office or via video call.
Delivery
Delivered as a hosted web dashboard accessible via browser, or deployed to your internal server depending on your security requirements. On-site kickoff available at our Nowon-gu office or your facility within the Seoul metropolitan area.
Pricing
Starting at ₩18,000,000 for networks up to 10 locations and 5,000 active SKUs. Larger scope quoted after discovery. A 40% deposit is required to begin; remaining balance due at handover.
