Workshop participants mapping supply chain nodes on a whiteboard

Purpose

Many inventory visibility projects stall because location codes, SKU groupings, and safety-stock formulas live in different people's heads. This workshop surfaces those definitions in one room and produces a written mapping document your team and our builders share.

Participants

We ask for your replenishment planner, a warehouse supervisor, and someone from IT or data who can speak to your ERP and WMS extract formats. Groups of 3–8 work best.

Session outputs

  • Location hierarchy diagram with stocking vs. transit nodes identified
  • SKU grouping structure (category, subcategory, criticality flags)
  • Replenishment rule summary including safety stock and reorder point logic
  • Data source inventory listing each system's refresh frequency and known gaps
  • Priority list of dashboard views ranked by planning-team need

Format

Half-day (4 hours) for single-location or simple two-tier networks. Full-day (8 hours) for multi-region operations with overseas supplier lanes. Conducted at our Nowon-gu office or on-site within the Seoul metro area.

Pricing

Half-day from ₩2,400,000. Full-day from ₩4,200,000. Includes written deliverables delivered within five business days after the session.
