Replenishment Alert Configuration
Threshold-based alerts that notify the right people when stock drops below safety levels, exceeds capacity, or when supplier lead times drift beyond agreed windows.
Alert types we configure
- Stockout warning: Triggered when on-hand quantity falls below safety stock for a defined SKU at a specific location
- Overstock flag: Raised when quantity exceeds maximum capacity or agreed holding limit
- Lead-time breach: Fired when an open purchase order's expected receipt date passes without goods received
- Stale data notice: Sent when a data source has not refreshed within its agreed interval
Delivery channels
Email is standard. We can also route alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a webhook endpoint your IT team provides. Alert routing rules define which role receives which exception type.
Prerequisites
This service requires an existing inventory visibility dashboard or compatible data pipeline. If you do not yet have one, we recommend starting with our flagship dashboard build or completing a mapping workshop first.

2–3 weeks from signed scope. Starting at ₩4,800,000 for up to four alert types across 10 locations. Additional alert rules and locations quoted separately.
